What if my awesome guitar t-shirt gets lost in the mail?

Don't sweat it! This has yet to happen, but if your recent purchases do go missing because your delivery person ends up in the Bermuda Triangle, a black hole, or has the misfortune of finding some quicksand, your items will be re-printed and re-shipped at no cost to you. Pretty sweet, ay? And now a moment of silence for that poor, unfortunate courier.

What if I receive the wrong shirt(s)?

It depends on a couple of things: In the case of a user error (eg. Choosing the wrong size, color, etc) at the time of purchase, there is nothing we can do. However, if either I or the printer goofed up, we will certainly replace it at no cost to you... plus you can go ahead and keep the shirt that you already received and sell it on ebay or something.

Can I return my guitar shirt for a full refund?

You sure can! We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, so if, within 30 days, you decide that you don't like the shirt anymore or you suddenly need the money for more important things like food and shelter you can send it back (at your expense) and get a full refund.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that the refund has been submitted.

Do you allow gift returns?

I'm sorry, at the moment we do not allow returns from the recipient of the gift.

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
